A single mom. A coach. A woman who had to rebuild her self-worth not once, but many times.

I created Journee In Her Shoes because I know what it’s like to hold it all together while silently breaking inside. To smile through heartbreak, carry weight that was never yours, and slowly lose sight of who you are outside of everyone else’s expectations.

I’ve cried on the bathroom so no one would see. I’ve pretended everything was fine when it wasn’t. I’ve lost myself in relationships, motherhood, and the pressure to “be enough.”
You’re not too far gone. You’re not too late. You’re not broken. And you don’t have to do this alone.
I’m not a therapist. I don’t fix women. I walk alongside them. Through my 5-phase Journee Framework, I guide women from feeling unseen, disconnected, or stuck to reclaiming their self-worth, rebuilding trust in themselves, and stepping fully into who they were created to be — beyond circumstances, expectations, and old patterns.

This is identity-led transformation, not surface-level motivation. It’s deep, emotional, and necessary work — the kind that actually changes how you live and show up in your life.

Everything I offer — from my group coaching program No Longer Her, to my one-on-one sessions I Choose Me or More Than Enough — was created for the woman who has always shown up for everyone else but forgot how to show up for herself.
This space isn’t about who you used to be.
It’s about the woman you’re becoming.
